Dermaly Subscription Policy

1. Ongoing Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a Dermaly subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the interval you select (e.g., every 30 days) and that your chosen payment method will be charged automatically unless and until you cancel in accordance with this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy & Deadline

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 3 days before your next scheduled renewal date.
If your cancellation request is received within that 3-day window, your subscription may still renew and will not be eligible for a refund for that renewal. Once a renewal has been billed, the order is considered final.

3. Recurring Charges

The recurring price of your subscription is the amount shown at checkout at the time of your initial purchase and will be automatically charged each renewal period unless you cancel.
Dermaly reserves the right to update pricing, with prior notice, to reflect standard retail or subscription rates.

4. Promotional Deals & Exclusions

Please note that limited-time promotional offers — such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 1 Get 2 Free, or other sale-based discounts — do not apply to subscription renewals.
Subscription pricing will automatically revert to the original, non-promotional rate once your renewal occurs.
These deals are reserved for one-time purchases only and cannot be combined with active subscription discounts.

5. Payment Method

By starting a subscription, you authorize Dermaly to automatically charge the payment method you provided at checkout (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other approved method). You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date, including replacement cards, expired cards, or cancelled cards.

6. Length of Subscription Term

Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen interval (e.g., every 30 days) unless cancelled in advance. There is no set end date — your subscription continues until you cancel.

7. Minimum Purchase Obligation

There is no minimum subscription length and no required number of orders. You may cancel anytime, provided your cancellation occurs at least 3 days before your next billing date.

8. Additional Terms

  • No early termination fees apply.

  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused time or products once a billing cycle begins.

  • If a payment attempt fails, Dermaly may retry the charge or contact you to update your payment method.

  • Prices and terms are subject to change with notice.

  • Chargebacks, disputes, or subscription abuse may result in suspension or termination of subscription privileges.

How to Cancel

To cancel your Dermaly subscription, log into your account and visit the “Manage Subscription” section, or click the “Cancel My Subscription” link in your subscription confirmation email.
Be sure to cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Billing Information

Your payment method will be charged automatically based on the interval you selected. The first charge occurs at checkout, and subsequent charges recur each billing period unless cancelled.
